Introduction

Lithium Ttriborate (LiB₃O₅ or LBO) is an excellent nonlinear optical crystal discovered and developed by FIRSM, CAS (Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter, Chinese Academy of Sciences). LBO crystal and its NLO devices now are produced, manufactured and marketed by CASTECH, Inc (CASTECH).
